For us, this recognition means so much more than a trophy or title. It’s a celebration of how far we’ve come, the amazing people who have helped us get here, and the community that’s been at the heart of our journey from the very beginning.
From small beginnings to something special
Horsham Sports Injury Clinic started with a simple goal, to help people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain. Our founder, Cheryl, began with a vision to bring the level of care usually reserved for elite athletes into an accessible, community setting.
What started as a small local clinic has grown into a thriving hub of health and wellbeing, known for our personalised approach and our commitment to doing things the right way - with integrity, compassion, and genuine care for every single person who walks through our doors.
Growing stronger together
In recent years, our growth has been extraordinary. We’ve expanded our expert team, introduced innovative treatments, and most recently launched Elevate Reformer Pilates, our sister studio right here in Horsham.
Elevate was created to complement the clinic perfectly, helping patients continue their strength, rehabilitation and wellness journey long after injury recovery. Together, HSIC and Elevate now form a complete pathway from treatment to long-term wellbeing.
A community that inspires us
Our success has never just been about us, it’s always been about the people we serve. From local runners and footballers to national-level athletes, from office workers to retirees, our community has trusted us to help them live better and move with confidence.
We’re proud to give back whenever we can, supporting local sports clubs, sponsoring events like the Alfred Shrubb 10k, and taking on fundraising challenges such as our Royal Parks Run for Breast Cancer Now and upcoming 12-hour Reformer Relay for Movember. Those moments remind us why we do what we do.
Looking ahead
Becoming a finalist in the Business Growth Award feels like a huge milestone, but it’s also just the beginning. We’re continuing to grow, innovate, and invest in both our people and our community. From cutting-edge recovery technology to expanded services and sustainability initiatives, we’re committed to staying at the forefront of health and wellbeing in Sussex.
