About Me

Zoe is a highly qualified and compassionate Sports Rehabilitator with a First-Class BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine. She combines strong clinical knowledge with a genuine understanding of what it feels like to go through rehabilitation, helping patients recover from pain and injury and get back to doing the things that matter to them.

Zoe's interest in rehabilitation is personal. Diagnosed with scoliosis at just 12, she experienced years of physiotherapy and rehabilitation herself. Understanding the highs, lows and frustrations of recovery has shaped the way she treats today, with a strong focus on making every patient feel listened to, supported and confident throughout the process.

She particularly enjoys treating knee and ankle injuries and loves supporting patients through the full journey from initial injury to recovery. Whether that means returning to competitive sport, walking comfortably again or simply enjoying everyday life without pain, Zoe tailors treatment and rehabilitation around the individual and their goals.

Her approach is friendly, holistic and hands-on. Alongside her rehabilitation expertise, Zoe is Level 3 qualified in Sports Massage and holds an FAW/UEFA Pitchside Trauma qualification. She believes in helping patients understand their injury, why it has happened and what they can do to build a stronger, more resilient body for the future.

Sport has always been a huge part of Zoe's life. She competed in regional-level netball, including with the Team Bath U19 Academy, played hockey throughout university and now represents Horsham Hockey Ladies 1st Team. This gives her first-hand understanding of the demands of training and competition, while her own rehabilitation experiences allow her to relate equally to anyone simply wanting to move and feel better.

Outside the clinic, you'll usually find Zoe playing hockey, strength training in the gym, searching for a charity-shop gem or enjoying her newfound favourite, a blueberry matcha.
